  • Andrzej has a PhD in Economics and has over 20 years of experience in banking and financial institutions.
  • As CEO of Powszechny Bank Kredytowy (1995-2002) he conducted the restructuring process of the bank resulting in dynamic growth of the bank and consolidation of its market position.
  • As CEO of the largest bank in Poland PKO BP (2002-2006) he restructured and modernised the bank. Andrzej was also head of the Credit Committee.

  • Andrzej gained international experience by becoming in 2007 member of the Board of Directors of Alfa Bank in Moscow.
  • He was also Head of Supervisory Board of Pekao S.A. (UniCredit Group) and member of Supervisory Board of Bank Pocztowy. He currently is member of Supervisory Boards of Wielton SA oraz JWConstruction SA.    Between 2003-2007 he was deputy chief of Association of Polish Banks


  • Grzegorz has 15 years of experience in banking, primarily in credit risk management and controlling projects.
  • He graduated from Warsaw School of Economics – major Quantitative Methods & Information Systems and Finance & Banking, and finished postgraduate studies in Bank Controlling.
  • Since 2014, he leads advisory projects and he has created and is a Member of the Management Board at ICRA, which is a credit broker serving individual clients.

  • In 2006-2013, Grzegorz was responsible for supervised credit portfolio risk management at PKO Bank Polski. Credit Portfolio included retail consumers as well as small and medium-sized enterprises. He has extensive experience in building models and systems to assess clients’ creditworthiness.
  • He managed interdisciplinary project teams, which resulted in the implementation of 50 pro-business, pro-efficiency and credit risk mitigation-related projects, including in particular, implementation of the behavioral scoring for individual customers and implementation scoring assessing small and medium-sized enterprises. He was also responsible for creation and customization of applications which support credit-related business processes.
  • In 2010-2013, he held the position of Secretary of the Supervisory Board of the Credit Bureau (Biuro Informacji Kredytowej).
